5 miles
of Candia) (visit not to exceed
1 hour)
*All students are required to wear certified helmets with harness and
appropriate riding attire when mounted. All cross country riding/schooling
requires a protective vest.

FIRE/SAFETY EVALUATION
If your Looking to buy a horse but don't want to go it alone, we can
help.
Purchase/Finders Fee: 10% commission based upon the purchase price of
the horse
Sale Fee: 15% commission based upon the sale price of the horse.
Fire & Safety Barn Evaluation - $275.00 for
barns up to 15 stalls $375.00 for barns up to 30 stalls (plus mileage above
12 miles from Cartier Farms) Email or call for pricing for barns over 30
stalls.
-Kimberly has 15 years experience and training as a certified fire fighter/EMT. Let her help you protect your barn and animals with her fire and
horse training working together. Upon completion of the inspection you are
presented with an easy-to-understand, written analysis of the property and
Kimberly will not leave you until your questions have been
answered. In addition, she will take the time to suggest how you may
remedy a defective element or situation relative to the property and give you an
approximation of how much it might cost for repair or replacement should there
be any hazard issues. This evaluation is informational only. Kimberly
has a list of experienced, trusted and certified sub contractors, from plumbers
to master electricians, to fix any problems if the client so desires.
ADDITIONAL RATE INFORMATION
Prices are based upon locations within 12 miles of
Candia, NH. Add an additional $1.00 per mile for distances above specified
rate. Distances more than 20 miles, please contact for pricing
and availability.
Cartier Farms is insured.
Students/Clients will be responsible for any
facility/arena use fee (if any) that their barn charges.
